Wholesale Return Policy
All wholesale orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us at sales@blueseart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs documenting the damage or defect.
Upon review and approval of your claim, we will be happy to offer a replacement for the item(s). We do not offer monetary refunds on wholesale orders.
