A Journey to Aegean Light

A Journey to Aegean Light

The Dazzling Light of the Cyclades.

One of the most famous island complex in the southern part of the Aegean pelagos comprised by some of the most beautiful islands in the world.

The archipelago contains some 220 islands, islets and rocks.

The name “Cyclades” derives from the word “cyclos”, which means circle in Greek, as the islands of the Cyclades form a circle around Delos the sacred island of the ancient Greek god Apollo.

Whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches, colorful windows, narrow cobblestone alleys, rugged sun-drenched outcrops of rock anchored in the sea, create a unique scenery.

But the very soul of this island complex is the sunshine, the light that glitters in the sea, dazzles against the whitewashed houses and bakes the arid rocks of the Cyclades.
